The corporate website is blocked from certain locations.

Are you trying to log into the BasisCode Compliance Application?

If so, there is a different link for your company.

If you are having trouble accessing the BasisCode Compliance application, please make sure you are using the login instructions provided by your compliance representative.

They control your user profile and the preferred method for accessing the application.  You should have received a communication from them regarding the login path and access method they require.

The CLIENT LOGIN on our corporate BasisCode.com webpage does not support all login methods for all clients.

I see the login page, but I still can’t log in

If you don’t remember your password, you can try using the ‘Forgot Password?’ feature on the login page of the appropriate website environment for your company.

If you don’t know your username, or the appropriate environment to log into, please contact your compliance representative.  They should be able to direct you.
